Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for On-Call Inspection and Testing Services The City of Vacaville ("City") Utilities Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide on-call inspection and testing services for utility infrastructure projects. Services may include: A. Materials Testing and Quality Control B. Geotechnical Services and Earthwork Inspection C. Structural and Special Inspections D. Pipeline and Utility Infrastructure Inspection E. Protective Coatings and Corrosion Control F. Electrical and Instrumentation Testing G. Welding Inspection and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) H. Environmental Compliance and Monitoring Firms may submit qualifications for one or more service categories. Selected firms will provide inspection and testing services as needed for City utility projects.
