City of Visalia, CA Request for Bids (RFB) 25-26-34 FY 25/26 Reclamite Project SEALED BIDS will be received by Visalia Purchasing Division, until 2:00pm on Thursday, March 26, 2026, for the FY25/26 Reclamite. This public works project is subject to State and other requirements, including payment of prevailing wages, DIR registration, etc. To obtain specifications and bid documents please call (559) 713-4334 or email purchasing@visalia.gov A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00am on Monday, March 9, 2026, in the Visalia City Council Chambers, 707 W. Acequia Avenue, Visalia, CA. The City affirmatively ensures that Minority Business Enterprises & Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will have full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice.
