City of Visalia Request for Proposals (RFP) 25-26-24 Engineering Design Service for Cross Valley Corridor Project Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Visalia Purchasing Division, 707 W. Acequia Avenue, Visalia, CA until 2:00 P.M. (PST) on Thursday, March 19, 2026, for Engineering Design Services for the Cross Valley Corridor Project. This project is being funded by a Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program (TIRCP) grant obtained by the Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG). That total project cost is expected to be approximately $45 million. The project will be administered by the City of Visalia. This is a public works design contract and is subject to payment of prevailing wages, registration with the Department of Industrial Relations, and other requirements specified in the RFP document and City of Visalia Labor Compliance Manual.
