NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE
At a meeting on April 28, 2026, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore adopted by title only and waived further reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2016-1359 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE LEGISLATIVE BODY OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2015-2 OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE (MAINTENANCE SERVICES) AUTHORIZING THE LEVY OF SPECIAL TAXES (ANNEXATION NO. 29).
SUMMARYWith the adoption of Ordinance 2026-1532, the Council hereby approves the amendment of Ordinance 2016-1359 that authorizes and levies special taxes within the District which are subject to taxation pursuant to Sections 53328 and 53340 of the Act at the rates and in accordance with the rate and method set forth in Exhibit A of the Ordinance.
