NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE
At a meeting on April 28, 2026, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore adopted by title only and waived further reading of AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE LEGISLATIVE BODY OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2025-1 OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE (CANYON HILLS HEIGHTS) AUTHORIZING THE LEVY OF A SPECIAL TAX WITHIN SUCH DISTRICT.
SUMMARYWith the adoption of Ordinance 2026-1533, the Council hereby approves the levy of a special tax within the District at the maximum rates in accordance with the First Amended and Restated Rate and Method.
