SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 346 AN UNCODIFIED ORDINANCE OF THE CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT ADOPTING AN UPDATED SCHEDULE OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND DEVELOPMENT-RELATED FEES AND CHARGES Pursuant to Central Contra Costa Sanitary District Code Chapter 6.30, Ordinance No. 346 (uncodified) adopts an updated "Schedule of Environmental and Development-related Fees and Charges" where 39 fees are increased, 5 fees are decreased, and 45 fees remain unchanged. The revised and new fees will become effective July 1, 2026. NOTE: The above is a summary of major highlights of the ordinance.
