SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 345 AN UNCODIFIED ORDINANCE OF THE CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT ADOPTING AN UPDATED SCHEDULE OF CAPACITY FEES, RATES AND CHARGES Pursuant to Central Contra Costa Sanitary District Code Chapter 6.12, Ordinance No. 345 (uncodified) adopts an updated "Schedule of Capacity Fees, Rates and Charges" including an increase of the Capacity Fee from $9,396 to $10,034 per Residential Unit Equivalent. The new fee will become effective July 1, 2026. NOTE: The above is a summary of major highlights of the ordinance.
