NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT (CENTRAL SAN) DISTRICT PROJECT 100077 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive sealed bids for the construction of District Project 100077, Lafayette Sewer Renovations, Phase 16. The work generally consists of renovation of approximately 11,600 LF of existing sewer pipe and trunk main lines by open-cut, pipe-bursting, cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining, and horizontal directional drilling (HDD) methods. The estimated cost of construction is $6,400,000. A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, May 5, 2026, in the District's Board Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.
