ORDINANCE SUMMARY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VACAVILLE LEVYING SPECIAL TAX WITHIN THE CITY OF VACAVILLE COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 12 (POLICE AND FIRE SERVICES), INCLUDING CERTAIN ANNEXATION TERRITORY, CITY OF VACAVILLE COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 12 (POLICE AND FIRE SERVICES) ANNEXATION NO. 6 (VANDEN COVE PHASE 1) The proposed ordinance considers the second and third legislative actions for the eighth annexation of territory into the existing Community Facilities District No. 11. The territory comprises a portion of the 114-unit single-family detached home development known as "Vanden Cove," which is being developed by Discovery Builders, Inc. (Developer). Annexation into Community Facilities District No. 12 is a condition for development of Vanden Cove. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a copy of the full ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk of Vacaville, 650 Merchant Street.
