ORDINANCE SUMMARY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VACAVILLE LEVYING SPECIAL TAX WITHIN THE CITY OF VACAVILLE COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 11 (SOUTHTOWN POLICE AND FIRE SERVICES), INCLUDING CERTAIN ANNEXATION TERRITORY, CITY OF VACAVILLE COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 11 (SOUTHTOWN POLICE AND FIRE SERVICES) ANNEXATION NO. 8 (VANDENGATE) The ordinance enacts the second and third legislative actions for the eighth annexation of territory into the existing Community Facilities District No. 11. The territory comprises a portion of a larger 72-unit single-family detached home development known as "Vandengate," which is being developed by Discovery Builders, Inc. (Developer). The property is generally located east of Vanden Road and south of Joyce Drive. Annexation into Community Facilities District No. 11 is a condition for development of Vandengate. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a copy of the full ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk of Vacaville, 650 Merchant Street.
