CITY OF ALAMEDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing of the Planning Board of the City of Alameda will be held on Tuesday May 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Avenue, 3rd Floor, Council Chambers, Alameda, regarding the following: PLN26-0167 West Midway Development Agreement Annual Review Applicant: BC West Midway, LLC. The applicant is requesting a periodic review of the West Midway Project Development Agreement. The consideration of an annual report is not a project under CEQA. No further environmental review is required. PLN26-0166 Alameda Landing Development Agreement Review - Applicant: Catellus Alameda Development, LLC. The applicant is requesting a periodic review of Alameda Landing Development Agreement. The consideration of an annual report is not a project under CEQA. No further environmental review is required. PLN26-0259 Alameda Marina Master Plan Amendment Applicant: Alameda Marina, LLC. The applicant is requesting an amendment to the Alameda Master Plan to reduce the number of required deed restricted affordable housing units in the third phase of the development. The proposed amendment does not change the previously approved number of total housing units or the previously approved physical design of the project. The environmental impacts of the project were previously evaluated in the Alameda Marina Final Environmental Impact Report certified by the City Council in 2018. No further environmental review is required. The decision of the Planning Board shall be final unless appealed to the City Council, in writing and within ten (10) days of the decision, by filing with the Planning and Building Department a written notice of appeal stating the basis of appeal and paying the required fees.
