CITY OF DUARTE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Duarte will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m ., in the Council Chamber, 1600 Huntington Drive, Duarte California in person to consider the following: INTENTION TO LEVY AND COLLECT ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 20262027 WITHIN THE CITYWIDE LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972 ALL INTERESTED PERSONS may appear in person or by agent and be heard. If you challenge this matter in court, you may be limited to raising only the issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this Notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the Public Hearing. Written correspondence may be sent to Duarte City Hall, Community Development Department, 1600 E. Huntington Drive, Duarte, CA 91010. Any and all persons having any objections to the work or intent of the assessment district may appear and show cause why said work should not be done or carried out, or why said assessments should not be levied in accordance with the Resolution of Intention.
