NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGCITY OF EASTVALENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the City of Eastvale Municipal Code, Section 16.05.230, the City of Eastvale, in compliance with the Solid Waste Collection Services Franchise Agreement, has elected to collect delinquent residential solid waste charges through the County of Riverside Property Tax Roll.
The City has prepared a written report describing each parcel of residential real property in the City which is currently delinquent in the payment of solid waste charges billed during January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.
The report has been filed with the City of Eastvale City Clerk and is available for public review at the City Clerk’s office during regular business hours until June 10, 2026, when the City Council will hold a public hearing to consider its adoption.
