NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EL CERRITO CITY COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Cerrito City Council will conduct a public hearing regarding transitioning from at-large to district-based elections for City Council members, including sequencing of the elections and consideration of the composition of the districts in accordance with Elections Code ï¿½ 10010. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 6:15 p.m., located at El Cerrito City Hall, 10890 San Pablo Avenue (and via zoom) at which time and place any and all persons interested may be heard thereon. Additional information can be found in the meeting materials at www.elcerrito.gov/MeetingsandAgendas available at least 72 hours before the meeting. Any person wishing to submit public comments regarding the topic of the public hearings may do so by attending in person or via zoom using the information on the meeting agenda; or submitting in writing to cityclerk@elcerrito.gov.
