NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EL CERRITO CITY COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Cerrito City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM, or as soon as thereafter practicable to consider adopting a resolution making revisions to the Master Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2026-26. The Council may continue the hearing from time to time without further written notice. The revisions to the Master Fee Scheduled will include, but will not be limited to, consideration of a new General Plan Update Fee. The purpose of the General Plan Update Fee is to pay for the costs of updating, preparing annual reports regarding, and undertaking other mandatory maintenance of the City's General Plan. Information regarding the method of calculating the General Plan Update Fee will be available for review 10 days before the hearing at: https://elcerritoca.portal.civicclerk.com/event/1200/filesThe proposed Master Fee Schedule may also be viewed in the Office of the City Clerk at 10890 San Pablo Ave. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or thereafter in the City Council Chambers, located at El Cerrito City Hall, 10890 San Pablo Avenue (and via zoom) at which time and place any and all persons interested may be heard thereon. Any person wishing to submit public comments regarding the topic of the public hearing may do so by attending in person or via zoom using the information on the meeting agenda; or submitting in writing to cityclerk@elcerrito.gov.
