Westamerica Bank, head office located at 1108 Fifth Avenue, San Rafael, CA 94901 has applied to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to establish a branch at 2453 East Lacey Blvd, Suite #109. Hanford, Kings County, CA 93230. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs. You are invited to submit comments in writing on this application to the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, P.O. Box 7702, San Francisco, CA 94120-7702, or via email: SF.Supervision.Comments.Applications@sf.frb.org. The comment period will not end before (May 22, 2026) and may be somewhat longer. The Board's procedures for processing applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. Part 262. Procedures for processing protested applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. 262.25.
