Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Irwindale will conduct a public hearing to consider the levy of assessments for the Irwindale Business Center Sewer Maintenance Assessment District . Any and all persons shall be afforded the opportunity to hear and be heard and the City Council shall consider all oral and written statements made or filed by any interested person regarding the work proposed to be carried out, or why the assessment should not be levied in accordance with this resolution of intention. Written protests must be filed with the Chief Deputy City Clerk prior to the conclusion of the public hearing. The Resolution is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing will be held in-person on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 6:00 pm., at 5050 N. Irwindale Avenue, Irwindale, CA 91706, and by Zoom teleconference at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87104592389 .All persons interested in commenting on the proposed assessments may do so in-person at the public hearing location, by Zoom teleconference, and/or by submitting comments by email to cityclerk@irwindaleca.gov to be read during the public hearing ._________________________Kambiz Borhani, Finance Director
