California Environmental Quality Act. The project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption), as it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment.
The Planning Commission will consider the proposed project at the public hearing. The case file may be reviewed Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except holidays) at the City of Jurupa Valley, Community Development Department, 8930 Limonite Avenue, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509.
