NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARINGBEFORE THE LA VERNECITY COUNCIL on the
Annual Levy of Assessments ForLandscape Maintenance Districts No. 84-1M_____________________________________________________________________________________________________
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of La Verne on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
Ø Annual Levy of Assessments for Landscape Maintenance District No. 84-1M
This hearing is for the consideration of the levy of assessments for Fiscal Year 2026-27 to fund ongoing maintenance for the District. The City Council will receive public comments on the subject and will consider ordering the maintenance and levy the assessment. Copies of all relevant materials regarding this matter are on file in the City Clerk’s Office and photocopies may be obtained upon request.
