LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 6th day of May, 2026 the City of Lodi Community Development Department will make an administrative determination to approve the following:a. Request for approval of a Minor Use Permit to authorize a small collections (recycling) center located at 2430 West Kettleman Lane (Applicant: Joel Lopez, File Number: PL2026-006 MUP, CEQA Determination: Exempt Per Section 15301)Information regarding this item may be obtained from the Community Development Department by phoning (209) 333-6711 or by emailing pccomments@lodi.gov . All interested persons are invited to present their views by email.
