VINE STREET, LODI, CA 95240FACILITY AND PLANNING(209) 331-7629NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Lodi Unified School District will hold a public hearing at its regularly scheduled school Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the James Areida Support Center, 1305 E. Vine Street, Lodi, California. The public hearing will cover the following: One approximately 10,530 sq. ft. Public UtilityEasementOne approximately 350 sq. ft. Public UtilityEasement Approval of the Public Hearing will authorize the acceptance of the easements to connect public utilities from City of Lodi Electric Utility Department on Following a properly noticed public hearing as required by Education Code Section 17557 and 17558, the District grants City of Lodi the Public Utility Easement commencing from the Southeast corner of that parcel of land shown on said Record of Survey, thence North 89°02'30" West, 40.00 Feet to the westerly line of the 40-Foot Street Easement granted to the City of Lodi in Book 2957 of Official Records of said county, at Page 606, thence along the South line of said Survey, North 89°02'30" West 530.42 Feet; thence leaving said South line, North 00°10'00" East 10.00 Feet; thence, South 89°02'30" East 154.26 Feet; thence, North 00°57'30" East 193.43 Feet; thence, South 89°02'30" East, 27.01 Feet; thence, South 00°57'30" East 193.43 Feet; thence, South 89°02'30" East, 349.15 Feet to the West line of said Street Easement; thence along said 40-Foot Street Easement South 00°10'00" West 10.00 Feet to the True Point of Beginning, and;Commencing at the Southwest (SW) corner of said Grant Deed recorded in Book 1643 of Official Records, Joaquin County Records, thence along the West line of said parcel, North 00°20"00" West, 375.25 feet , thence leaving said west line North 89°40"00" East, 30.00 feet to the East line of Fairmont Avenue as shown of that Record of Survey recorded in Book 19 of Surveys, Page 187, records of said County and the True Point of Beginning, thence leaving said East line, North 89°40"00" East,10.00 feet, thence, North 00°20"00" West, 35.00 feet , thence, South 89°40"00" West,10.00 feet, to said East line of Fairmont Avenue, thence along said East line South 00°20"00" East, 35.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
