NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
OUTDOOR DINING ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the item listed below will be discussed by the Marysville City Council at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, in the Council Chambers of Marysville City Hall, 526 "C" Street, Marysville.

The purpose of this public hearing is to provide an opportunity for the City Council and the public to receive information on potential changes to Chapter 18.63 of zoning ordinance for outdoor dining, sidewalk dining, and street dining decks in commercial areas throughout the city and minor modifications to Chapter 8 of the Marysville Municipal Code related to the keeping of animals.

All interested persons are invited to present testimony relative to the above items at the subject meeting or submit their written comments to the City Council prior to the workshop date.
