NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE YUBA COUNTY
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yuba County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 915 Eighth Street, Suite 109A, Marysville, California, on Tuesday, May 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider adoption of a resolution making the findings required pursuant to California Government Code sections 4217.10 through 4217.18, approving an energy services contract with EcoGreen Solutions LLC, and authorizing participation in Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) On-Bill Financing. The proposed project includes the design, supply, and installation of energy efficiency improvements at County-owned facilities, including but not limited to lighting system retrofits, roof coating systems, and related energy conservation measures. The resolution will include findings that the anticipated cost to the County for implementing the energy improvements will be less than the anticipated marginal cost of thermal, electrical, or other energy that would have been consumed by the County in the absence of such improvements. A copy of the resolution will be available for review at the Office of the Yuba County Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at 915 Eighth Street, Suite 109, Marysville, California, two weeks prior to the public hearing. Any interested person may submit comments in writing prior to the hearing, or may attend the meeting and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
