NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


Notice is hereby given by the Yuba Local Agency Formation Commission that a public hearing will be held on May 13th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Yuba County Board of Supervisor’s Chambers in the Yuba County Government Center located at 915 8th Street, Marysville, California regarding the following:

Yuba LAFCO 2026/2027 Fiscal Year Final Budget: The Commission will make a final determination thereon for the Yuba LAFCO 2026-2027 Fiscal Year budget. Any person may be heard regarding the increase, decrease, addition or omission to the proposed budget.

Persons may attend and be heard at the time and place of the hearing. If you challenge the action of the Commission on any of the above stated item in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Yuba Local Agency Formation Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

Please call LAFCO staff at (530)749-5467 for more information or visit the LAFCO webpage at www.yubalafco.org to review the Executive Officer’s report which will be available 5 days prior to the hearing on the Yuba LAFCO webpage or at the LAFCo office at 417 4th Street, Marysville, CA.
