Monterey Bay Air Resources District NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING JUNE 17, 2026 @ 1:30 PM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Directors of the Monterey Bay Air Resources District (MBARD) to hear the following actions: Consideration of proposed MBARD Budget for FY 2026-2027. Consideration of revisions to fees within the following MBARD Rules: 300 (MBARD Fees) 301 (Fee Schedules) 310 (Agricultural Diesel Engine Registration Fees) Revisions to the fees contained in these rules will reflect changes associated with the adoption and implementation of the proposed budget. The proposed regulatory action is exempt from any alternative analysis required by Health and Safety Code Section 40727.2. These proposed rules are exempt from the requirements of Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines which allows certain actions to be excluded from the requirements of CEQA. Interested parties are invited to submit written comments and to attend and participate at the hearing. Written comments must be received no later than 4:45 PM on June 5, 2026, to ensure inclusion in the MBARD Board adoption package. Public comments will also be heard at the hearing.
