CITY OF RED BLUFF PUBLIC NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Intent to Consider Waiver of Sign & Building Permit Fees NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Red Bluff City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the City Council Chambers at 555 Washington Street, regarding the following project: A monument style sign to recognize the service clubs that contributed to the funding and installation of the new playground equipment and additional play equipment at Trainor Park. The request for a waiver of the application fee of $706.86 associated with the Sign and building Permit requirements for the Installation at 1000 Trainor Street. Any person may appear and be heard at the public hearing and is encouraged to submit written comments on the above-noted project.
