CITY OF RED BLUFF PUBLIC NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING VACANT COMMERCIAL BUILDING REGISTRATION PROGRAM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to California Government Code Section 54992, 54994.1, and 54994.2, the Planning Commission of the City of Red Bluff will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 555 Washington Street, Red Bluff, California. The matter to be considered is a draft ordinance establishing a Vacant Commercial Building Registration Program, which would require owners of vacant commercial buildings to register such properties with the City for purposes of nuisance monitoring, property maintenance oversight, and support of occupancy and economic revitalization efforts.
