NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING, as provided by law, will be held by the CITY OF SIMI VALLEY Department of Environmental Services to consider and decide the application listed below.
  Said PUBLIC HEARING will be held Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., in City Hall, Community Room, at 2929 Tapo Canyon Road, at which time any person is privileged to attend and be heard on the following matter:

REQUEST: Administrative Planned Development Permit to construct three single-family homes; and a determination that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act
