NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 28, 2026 the City Council of the City of Stockton, California, preliminarily approved the proposed budgets, in the respective total sums set forth below, for the 2026-27 fiscal year for the costs of maintenance and operation of the storm drain basin in each of the above maintenance districts. These costs are to be levied as an assessment upon the individual lots or parcels of real property within the districts according to the adjusted drainage acreage area, as contained in the applicable Engineer's Letter Report on file in the Office of the City Clerk, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars. A copy of the Engineer's Letter Report is on file with the City Clerk and available to all interested parties for review and copying.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Tuesday, June 09, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., in the regular meeting place of the City Council, Council Chambers, located at 425 N. El Dorado Street, 2nd Floor, City Hall, Stockton, California, is the time and place appointed by the City Council for considering and taking final action on the proposed budgets, and for hearing all protests related thereto. Any interested person may file a written protest with the City Clerk, City Hall, 425 North EI Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202, at or before the above time set for this Hearing. The Municipal Utilities Department, Telephone (209) 937-8700 is the local department designated by the City Council to answer inquiries regarding the protest proceedings.
All proceedings before this meeting body are conducted in English.
