The applicant is requesting to construct the following at 10108 Truckee Way (APN 019-421-001), in the Railyard Master Plan Area:--60 hotel units with 1,267 s.f. of retail space, 5,172 s.f. of food and beverage space, 2,195 s.f. of ground floor event space, 1,474 s.f. of ground floor wellness center, and 639 s.f. of ground floor fitness space;17 for-sale multifamily residential units, with the option to short-term rent these units; Rooftop pool, spa and terrace, with rooftop event space;19 on-site covered parking spaces; andOutdoor event and plaza space.The applicant is requesting a Development Permit to construct 15,000 s.f. or more of gross floor area in the Railyard Master Plan Area; a Tentative Map to subdivide the 17 for-sale multi-family residential units; Minor Exception for additional height of five feet to accommodate mechanical appurtenances; and Zoning Clearances to establish the hotel and residential uses.
