A determination of a Public Convenience or Necessity is required due to an overconcentration of off-site consumption retail alcohol licenses within the census tract. No construction is proposed as part of the project. Such appeal shall not be timely filed unless it is received with the required filing fee set forth in the Master Fee Schedule. In the event an appeal period ends on a weekend or any day that City Hall is closed, the appeal period shall end at the close of business on the next consecutive business day.
