NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Yorba Linda will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda, California at a meeting on WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter to consider the following item:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2025-24, DESIGN REVIEW 2025-06, SIGN REQEUEST 2025-01 – FRIENDS CHRISTIAN CHURCH : A request to review the site and architectural designs for a new two-story multi-purpose building of approximately 29,000 square feet with classrooms and gymnasium, and associated site and parking improvements, and the construction of a new monument sign on the Yorba Linda property frontage and modification to the existing Lakeview Avenue sign to include a message board for the Friends Christian Church located at 5091Mountain View Avenue, west of Lakeview Avenue and south of Yorba Linda Boulevard, within the RE (Residential Estate) zone.
