NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Yorba Linda will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda, California at a meeting on WEDNESDAY, MAY 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter to consider the following item:
PUBLIC HEARING RE: DESIGN REVIEW 2025-08 AND VARIANCE 2026-01 – YORBA LINDA CAR WASH: A request to establish and operate a 4,492 square-foot car wash facility including an express car wash tunnel, self-service vacuum stalls, equipment room, breakroom, and cashier’s office. A variance is requested to reduce the required side yard setback from 10 feet and 2 feet 6 inches at the closest point along the easterly property line to allow for the construction of the proposed car wash tunnel structure. The project is proposed for the property addressed as 17091 Imperial Highway, located east of Prospect Avenue and northeast of the Bastanchury Road and Imperial Highway intersection, within the CG (Commercial General) zone.
