NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Yorba Linda will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda, California at a meeting on WEDNESDAY, MAY 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter to consider the following item:
PUBLIC HEARING RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2025-44 LIU: A request to exceed the maximum three-foot (3’) height limitation for fencing in the front yard of the existing single-family residence to permit construction of an integrated wall/gate system consisting of a stucco garden/water wall, one metal walkway gate, and one metal driveway gate, each 4-foot in height, with 4 foot, 6 inch decorative stucco pilasters, on the property addressed as 3276 Primrose Lane, located on the east side of Primrose Lane, east of Gardenia Lane, north of Valley View Circle, within the PD (Planned Development) zone.
