PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Basalt Town Council for First Reading of an Ordinance to amend Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code to acknowledge the creation of architectural design guidelines, applicable to properties in the Downtown Commercial (C2) and CSC Zone Districts, by reference.
The Public Hearing before the Basalt Town Council will be held during a meeting beginning no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at the Basalt Town Hall, 101 Midland Avenue, Basalt Colorado. The meeting could be held by telephone or other electronic means of participation, such as video-conferencing, at which public comments will be taken by phone or through a video conferencing system. Both options of attending the meeting in person or participating remotely shall be made available.
