PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Basalt Town Council for the purpose of considering a Code Amendment to Chapter 16 related to local implementation of incentives related to Colorado Proposition 123, through the expedited review of affordable housing development applications.
The Public Hearing before the Basalt Town Council will be held during a meeting beginning no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at the Basalt Town Hall, 101 Midland Avenue, Basalt Colorado. The meeting could be held by telephone or other electronic means of participation, such as video-conferencing, at which public comments will be taken by phone or through a video conferencing system. Both options of attending the meeting in person or participating remotely shall be made available. Please see the meeting agenda posted on the Agenda Center on the Town's webpage, www.basalt.net , for updates on the meeting. Public comment shall be heard by electronic means or in-person, instructions to participate virtually will be provided with the meeting agenda.
