Sealed Bids will be received by JEA, Procurement Department, Bid Office until 12:00 noon on June 23, 2026. All bids received from a qualified bidder shall be publicly opened, read aloud, and recorded at 2:00 p.m.

Title: RiverTown Storage Tank and Pumping System - Phase II
Scope: The purpose of this solicitation for RiverTown New Storage and Pumping System Phase II is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the remaining construction activities associated with the reclaimed water storage and pumping facility, as described in this Solicitation, and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of the re-pump station, roadway and pavement installation, yard and reclaimed water piping, fencing and gate systems, site grading and landscaping, stormwater improvements, installation of a precast electrical building with HVAC, electrical and instrumentation systems, SCADA infrastructure, concrete work, startup, testing, commissioning, and all associated appurtenances required for a complete and operational facility. The project will be constructed under the Design-Bid-Build delivery method and will require coordination with the previously awarded Phase I contractor responsible for construction of the ground storage tanks and associated initial site work.
