SEALED BIDS: All bid forms must be submitted and executed, as required, and included with the bid in a sealed envelope. Bids must be submitted in sealed hard copy with a required electronic copy (USB) included. The face of the envelope shall contain the above address, the date and time of Bid opening, the Bid title and Bid number. All Bids are subject to the conditions specified herein. Bids not submitted with the completed attached Bid Form(s) may be rejected. Bidders which do not comply with these conditions are subject to rejection of their bid by the TOWN.
BID TITLE: Emergency Tree Trimming and Debris Removal Continuing Services

BIDS WILL BE OPENED 2:00 P.M. (EST), June 10, 2026 in the Town of Jupiter Community Room, Room 108, at the address noted above, and may not be withdrawn during the 90 calendar days following such date and time.

Project Description: This project consists of, but is not limited to, providing tree trimming, vegetation management, and landscape debris removal services throughout the Town. Work includes routine and as-needed trimming of trees and vegetation, removal and disposal of landscape debris, and response to minor storm events or hazardous conditions as directed. Services shall be performed on a work order basis and include all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with Town standards and applicable industry guidelines.
ITB and specifications: Bidders may obtain the ITB from Demand Star beginning May 20, 2026.
Pre-Bid Conference: The Town will hold a non-mandatory pre-bid conference to answer any questions on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Town of Jupiter Community Room, Room 108. The pre-bid conference and bid opening are public meetings.
Bid Bond Not required.
Payment and Performance Bonds: Payment and Performance Bonds shall not be required at contract award. The Town reserves the right to require 100% Payment and Performance Bonds for individual work orders exceeding $200,000 or as otherwise determined necessary by the Town.
Federal Funding: This Project is not funded by grants from the Federal Government.
In accordance with the Section 17 of the Instruction to Bidders in the Invitation to Bid, the TOWN reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and technicalities not involving price, time or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.
