NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ALL CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER, FLORIDA:
TO ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST AND TO ALL IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that a Public Hearing is scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 7 p.m. before the Town Council, or as soon as may be heard, on the following application:
Bayside - (Quasi-Judicial) Site Plan application for a four-story office building and shared access drive with an adjacent Town owned property, on a .53 acre property, located at 1001 North Alternate A1A (PZ 22-5351).

All interested parties are encouraged to come to the Public Hearing and be heard. At the Public Hearing the Town Council will hear all evidence and arguments in support of, or in opposition to these items.
Anyone desiring to appeal a decision of the presiding body on matters considered at this meeting or this hearing will need a record of the proceedings. They may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based. The Town of Jupiter does not provide such a record. The above items may be postponed or withdrawn without prior notice.
