Aluminum Chlorhydrate (price per wet pound, delivered) for WTP 1 at 4 Corporate Dr. North. 2. 90% available Calcium Oxide (price per ton, delivered) for Lime Softening Water Treatment Plant at 4Corporate Dr. North. BID/PROPOSAL SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Solicitation documents are available at no-cost through the CitysProcurement Portal at (https://palmcoastgov.bonfirehub.com/portal). SUBMITTALS: Responses must be submitted electronically through the portal by the specified time and date. No other method of submission will be allowed or considered (i.e. mailed, emailed, or hand delivered). CONTACT/QUESTIONS: The Citys Budget and Procurement Office is the main point of contact for thissolicitation. Specific contact information can be found in the Project Manual.
