NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL No. 02-2026 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR DOWNTOWN POMPANO BEACH INFRASTRUCTURE PHASE I RP Pompano, LLC (Developer) has issued a Request for Proposal to solicit Proposals from Respondents who are licensed to perform construction services in the State of Florida for the construction of Phase I Infrastructure for Downtown Pompano Beach in the City of Pompano Beach, FL. Proposals submitted in response to the RFP must be emailed to pompanorfp@rocapoint.com by or before 5:00PM EST on Monday, May 18, 2026.
