DOWNTOWN POMPANO BEACH CITY HALL &amp; PARKING DECK
RP Pompano, LLC (Developer) has issued a Request for Proposals to solicit Proposals from Respondents who are licensed to perform construction services in the State of Florida for the construction of a new City Hall &amp; Parking Deck in Downtown Pompano Beach in the City of Pompano Beach, FL.
Proposals submitted in response to the RFP must be emailed to pompanorfp-01-2026@rocapoint.com by or before 5:00PM EST on Friday, April 10, 2026. Any Proposals received after the stipulated deadline will not be considered.
