FULL TEAR-OFF ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
The Titusville Housing Authority (THA) is soliciting bids from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, disposal, and incidentals necessary to complete a Full Tear-Off Roof Replacement Project at multiple THA residential structures. Work generally includes complete roof tear-off and replacement, underlayment systems, architectural shingles, flashing, ventilation components, associated repairs, and related work as identified in the solicitation package.
Project includes approximately twenty-five (25) residential structures. Bid pricing shall be submitted on a per-structure basis in accordance with the Bid Schedule.
