TO: LYMARI RODRIGUEZ PACHECO, LAST KNOWN ADDRESS: 428 SE PILOTS WAY, LAKE CITY, FLORIDA 32024, CURRENT ADDRESS: 428 SE PILOTS WAY, LAKE CITY, FLORIDA 32024 IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYMARI RODRIGUEZ PACHECO AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, IF ANY
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to replevin an automobile on the following described property: 2010 Toyota Corolla (silver in color), license plate number: IXGY82 and VIN No.: 1NXBU4EE7AZ206558 and Title No.: 0102992742, has been filed against you and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against you and all unknown natural persons, if alive, and if dead, were not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees and creditors or other persons claiming by, through, or under those unknown parties in the above identified court and case, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to Thomas J. Kennon, III, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 582 W Duval St, Lake City, Florida 32055, on or before June 23, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 173 NE Hernando Ave, Lake City, Florida 32055 either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition. This notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Lake City Reporter.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including Orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the Clerk's Office.
