You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to counsel for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company whose address is 125 West Romana Street, Suite 805, Pensacola, Florida 32502 on or before 06/29/2026, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 425 N. Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801 before service on Interpleader-Defendant or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This action is to determine the respective rights of the Interpleader-Defendants to the $20,000 per accident bodily injury policy limits of the State Farm auto insurance policy providing coverage to Milton Douglas and Hazel Douglas in relation to May 28, 2025 auto accident in Orange County, Florida.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Courts office. You may review these documents upon request. You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Courts office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed or e-mailed to the address(es) on record at the clerks office.
