You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to counsel for State Farm Fire and Casualty Company whose address is 125 West Romana Street, Suite 805, Pensacola, Florida 32502 on or before 6/19/26, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 201 SE 6th Street, 3rd Floor, Room 03170, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301 before service on Interpleader-Defendant or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. This action is to determine the respective rights of the Interpleader-Defendantsto the $10,000 per person/$20,000 per accident bodily injury policy limits of the State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company auto insurance policy providing coverage to Ana E. Amado in relation to April 17,2025 auto accident in Broward County, Florida.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court''s office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address.
