NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 27, 2026 in Civil Case No. CACE22001272 of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Broward County, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and KELLY A. HARE, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, BRENDA D. FORMAN, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.broward.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of June, 2026 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A portion of Parcel "A"` of Woods of Rolling Hills, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 105, Page 28, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Parcel "A", thence South 53 degrees 23 minutes 04 seconds East 145.19 feet to a point on the arc of a radially tangent curve; thence Southerly along the arc of said curve being concave to the East having a radius of 30.00 feet, a Delta of 38 degrees 53 minutes 49 seconds, an arc distance of 20.37 feet; thence South 87 degrees 43 minutes 07 seconds West, 105.00 feet to a point on the West boundary of aforesaid Parcel "A"; thence North 02 degrees 59 minutes 05 seconds West, along said West boundary, 110.02 feet to the point of beginning.
