PUBLIC NOTICE PY 2024-2025 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) October 1, 2024, thru September 30, 2025 In accordance with HUD regulations at 24 CFR 91.520, the City of Daytona Beach (the City)Redevelopment and Neighborhood Services Department must submit the Citys performancereport to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) within 90 days after theclose of the program year. The City is preparing a draft of the PY 2024-2025 Consolidated AnnualPerformance Evaluation Report (CAPER), which is due to be submitted to the Jacksonville HUDfield Office. The draft CAPER covers the period from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025,and contains reporting information on housing and community development activities, includingbut not limited to the Citys progress in carrying out its Five-Year Consolidated Plan, its FY2024Annual Action Plan, and the status of its federal grant funds. The CAPER requires a public comment period of not less than 15 days. Therefore, residents andstakeholders will have the opportunity to provide written input, views, and comments on the draftPY 2024-2025 CAPER. A summary of citizen comments (if any) relating to activities reported inthe CAPER will be included in the final document for its submission to HUD.
