NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 11, 2026, in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-002476 MF of the Circuit Court of the NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Osceola County, Kissimmee, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is Plaintiff, and Brandon Lee Hahn, a/k/a Brandon L. Hahn, a/k/a Brandon Hahn, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KELVIN SOTO, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Osceola County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd floor) Kissimmee, FL 34741 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of MARCH 2026, at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 25, Michigan Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 85 through 88, inclusive, of the Public Records of Osceola County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
