NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of May, 2026, and entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-009728-XXXA-MB, of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA A. HARRISON A/K/A PATRICIA ANGELA HARRISON A/K/A PATRICIA ANGELA HILL AND LAKERIDGE GREENS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. Joseph Abruzzo as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
